Terms of Use & Founding Member Terms

By using the MyEcho website, Early Access waitlist, or Founding Member checkout, you agree to these terms. MyEcho is operated by MyEcho Ltd. Contact: Echo@myecho.pet.

MyEcho is under development. The website and the future app are not emergency services and must not be relied on to contact police, medical, veterinary, rescue, or other emergency responders. If you have an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly. The current site does not provide the finished app service.

Early Access is free and requires no purchase. Signing up permits us to send essential waitlist and launch messages related to your signup. Optional marketing is sent only according to your separate consent choice, which is not a condition of joining the waitlist.

• The Founding Member payment is $29 USD, one-time, with no subscription or recurring billing.
• It is an early supporter membership. It is not equity, a security, an investment, a loan, a charitable donation, or a purchase of ownership in MyEcho Ltd.
• Current benefits are those shown on the page: a Founding Member badge inside MyEcho, Early Access before public launch, exclusive product updates, the opportunity to influence features, an optional pet memorial dedication, an optional Founding Members Wall listing, and priority consideration for the limited Founding Pets Tribute opportunity.
• A limited number of eligible Founding Members may be invited to submit a pet's name and photo for consideration in the Founding Pets Tribute. Earlier eligible members receive priority consideration based on the order in which completed payments are received. Priority consideration does not guarantee invitation, submission, selection, publication, or display.
• The Founding Pets Tribute format is still under development and may include a dedicated gallery, memorial space, rotating feature, or another reasonable format. Inclusion, placement, duration, and presentation depend on available space, the final app design, technical limitations, content guidelines, eligibility, and submission approval.
• Benefits depend on product development and reasonable technical availability. There is no guaranteed launch date, no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and no promise that every suggested feature will be built.
• MyEcho Ltd will use reasonable efforts to provide the listed benefits and will not materially substitute them without notice and an appropriate remedy required by law.
• Payments are processed by PayPal and are also subject to PayPal's applicable terms.

Founding Member payments can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You agree not to:

• abuse, harass, or threaten others;
• interfere with or disrupt the site or its security;
• scrape, copy, or overload the site with automated tools;
• impersonate MyEcho Ltd or another person;
• introduce malware or any unlawful material; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

If you submit optional memorial text, a Founding Members Wall entry, or a pet name and photo for possible inclusion in the Founding Pets Tribute, you grant MyEcho Ltd a non-exclusive permission to review, reproduce, resize, crop, format, and display that content in connection with MyEcho and its promotion. You retain ownership of your submission and can request its removal from future display at any time by contacting us, subject to reasonable processing time and records we must retain by law.

You confirm that you own the submitted content or have all permissions necessary to submit it, including permission from any identifiable person shown in a photo. Submissions must not infringe another person's rights, contain unlawful or harmful material, or misrepresent the pet or its story. MyEcho Ltd may reject, remove, or request changes to any submission that does not meet these requirements or the applicable content guidelines.

The MyEcho and FindyPets names, logos, and branding, and the site content we create, belong to MyEcho Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the site as intended.

The site may link to or integrate third-party services, including PayPal, Amazon, and social networks. These services are governed by their own terms and policies, and MyEcho Ltd is not responsible for them.

MyEcho and the site are provided on an "as is" basis, limited by applicable law. We do not provide medical, veterinary, or legal advice, and we make no guarantee that the app will function in any emergency or that it will be available without interruption. Some disclaimers may not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, MyEcho Ltd's liability is limited to the amount you paid as a Founding Member, or to the minimum required by law. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury where prohibited, or any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.

Where lawful and proportionate, you agree to indemnify MyEcho Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, subject to applicable consumer protections.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required to protect the site or others. Founding Member benefits you have already paid for are not removed except as allowed by law and these terms.

We may update these terms and will indicate the last updated date. Material changes will be notified where appropriate. No change will retroactively reduce benefits you have already paid for without an appropriate remedy required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyEcho Ltd is registered, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement for the site and Founding Member purchase. No failure to enforce a right is a waiver. For any question, contact Echo@myecho.pet.
