Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

MyEcho uses only strictly necessary technology for this site and its checkout, plus optional analytics that we activate only with your consent. The PayPal checkout may set its own cookies, governed by PayPal.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and similar identifiers. They help a site remember your choices, keep sessions working, and understand how the site is used.

Categories

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site and checkout to function.
  • Preferences — remember choices such as language or consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand usage to improve the site.
  • Marketing / embedded third party — set by third-party services such as PayPal or social networks.

What we use

We use strictly necessary technology for site operation and security, and a record of your cookie consent choice. We do not claim a specific cookie inventory; the exact items depend on the live site configuration. Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Base44) may use strictly necessary technology for delivering and securing the site.

PayPal checkout

The embedded PayPal checkout may set its own cookies. These are governed by PayPal's notices and policies, which you can review on PayPal's website.

Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) is a non-essential analytics and advertising-measurement technology provided by Meta. When enabled, it can record events such as page visits and conversion actions, plus technical identifiers such as IP-derived network information, browser/device details, page URL, cookie and identifier data, and event time, as described by Meta.

The Meta Pixel is not loaded until the visitor selects "Accept all." Choosing "Reject non-essential" keeps it off, and Cookie Settings can change the choice later. When enabled, Meta may process the collected data under its own terms and privacy policy — see the Meta Privacy Policy. We do not claim that Meta acts merely as a processor for this data; its role is determined by Meta under its own terms.

Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are not activated before valid consent where consent is legally required. When you see the consent banner, choosing "Accept all" enables optional analytics; choosing "Reject non-essential" keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.

Retention

Retention varies by provider and category. Strictly necessary items are kept only as long as needed for the site to work; optional analytics items follow the relevant provider's retention.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site or checkout from working.

Cookie settings

You can reopen the consent choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or by clearing the consent stored in your browser.
