The Story Behind MyEcho
Some bonds don’t fade.
They echo forever.
Before MyEcho became an app, there was Echo. A Dog Named Echo is a deeply personal story about love, loss, and the bond that continues to live within us.

Why MyEcho Exists
Echo is why MyEcho exists.
For more than ten years, Echo was my shadow, my protector, and my family. In the last years of his life, he lived with chronic kidney disease.
Every day carried the weight of care. Medication. Food. Water. The rituals that kept him here. And beneath all of it, one fear I never spoke aloud:
“If something happened to me… who would know Echo was waiting?”
Echo’s story became MyEcho.
The Fear Every Pet Owner Understands
Life doesn’t always go as planned.
An unexpected medical emergency.
An unexpected delay you can’t control.
A life event that changes everything in a moment.
Pets don’t understand why we’re late.
They simply keep believing we’re coming home.
No pet should ever be left waiting without someone knowing.
How MyEcho Works
Simple, on purpose.
MyEcho is built to do one essential thing well — make sure someone knows your pet is waiting.
Choose trusted contacts.
Select the people you trust most — family, friends, or a neighbor who knows your pet.
Send an alert if life gets in the way.
If life prevents you from getting home, MyEcho helps you let your trusted contacts know.
Someone you trust knows.
A person who cares about your pet is informed that they may need to check in.
A Letter From The Founder
MyEcho wasn’t created because of a business opportunity.
It was created because of one simple question I asked myself, again and again, on every morning I left Echo at home:
“If I couldn’t make it home… who would know Echo was waiting?”
I never found an answer that gave me peace. So I started building one. MyEcho is that answer — for Echo, and for every pet who waits at home depending on someone who loves them.
— The Founder of MyEcho
In memory of Echo.

Help Bring MyEcho to Life ❤️
Choose any amount to help us bring MyEcho to launch.
MyEcho is almost here.
We're in the final stage of bringing to life the app that began with Echo — an app built so that if something happens to you and you can't get home, someone you trust will know your pet is waiting and can get to them.
So many of you followed Echo, loved him, cried with us when we lost him, and stayed with us while MyEcho became real.
If you want to help us get across the finish line, you can support MyEcho with any amount you choose. Every bit of support goes toward helping us launch, grow, and bring MyEcho to more families and more pets.
You don't need to become a Founding Member to help.
And if you do choose to become a Founding Member, you'll still receive all the benefits we've promised, including lifetime access.
For Echo. And for every pet waiting for someone to come home. ❤️🐾
