Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your $29 USD Founding Member payment can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, without needing to provide a reason and without any cancellation fee.

Email us at Echo@myecho.pet from the email address used for PayPal, including the PayPal transaction ID if you have it. This helps us verify your request quickly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayPal. We do not refund to a different method.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to initiate approved refunds within 5 business days. Bank and PayPal posting times may vary and are outside our control.

After 14 days, refunds may still be offered where required by applicable law, where paid benefits cannot be supplied, or at MyEcho Ltd's reasonable discretion.

If possible, please contact MyEcho Ltd first so we can help directly. Contacting us first does not limit your rights with PayPal or any statutory rights you may have.

Mandatory rights under applicable local consumer law remain unaffected by this policy. Nothing here reduces any non-waivable consumer right you have.

The Early Access waitlist signup is free. You can cancel or request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by contacting us.

This policy governs the $29 USD Founding Member purchase on this site. Physical MyEcho merchandise, where offered, may be sold through a separate store with its own shipping and return terms displayed at that store.
